Iman Hamaama Sellami

A Bachelor of Professional Communication student at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. Interested in the study of literature and film. Experience within this field includes: Internship for Huishan Zhang (Paris), FRM Model Management, Virgin Aus. Melb. Fashion Festival, Face Fashion Show, Stitch House Alterations (Bridal & Casual Wear). Born and raised in Melbourne, Australia.

Iman's primary roles included:

  • The organisation of tasks and information

  • Detailed academic and scholarly research

  • Proof reading and editing of information

  • The creation of questions to lead creative and strategic problem solving

  • Prototyping stickers for the advertising campaign

  • Presenting project pitch

  • Writing our news story

  • Developing the PR plan

Candice Kerr

Studying a Bachelor of Professional Communication at RMIT, Candice's has an interest in human connection, and the creative expression, communication and sharing of ideas over all mediums. Candice is an avid admirer of art, film, music and literature.

Candice's primary roles included:

  • Refining and innovating upon contracting ideas

  • Research into topic of "something develop[mental] about social media"

  • Providing insights and ideation of solutions

  • Creative contributions to concepts

  • Development of engaging flyers for advertising campaign

  • Presenting project pitch. 

  • Developing local journalism pitch

  • Developing the media release

Molly Blythe

Completing a Bachelor of Communication (Professional Communication) at RMIT University. Molly possesses a Certificate III in both Screen and Media, and Business, having a wide and diverse range of experience.

Molly's primary roles included:

  • The creation of audience research and end-user testing surveys

  • Development of our showcase website

  • Prototyping the video advertising campaign

  • Broad and statistical research into our chosen topic

  • Research into past festival advertising campaigns to gain insight into tropes. 

  • Developing national journalism pitch

  • Refined artefacts based on feedback

  • Developing a project timeline / implementation schedule

Bonnie Toogood

Studying a Bachelor of Professional Communication at RMIT. Which covers the four main disciplines of communication, therefore have developed a vast array of skills and experiences in the field. As a professional Footballer at the Western Bulldogs, Bonnie understands the importance of having a healthy mind and having a balanced life. JOMO being an area Bonnie is personally passionate about.

Bonnie's primary roles included:

  • Research into our initial topic of "something develop[mental] about social media" and the correlation with FOMO

  • Development into our media story inclusing writing the script for the podcast.

  • Helped develop the Instagram account and research into video content that relates to the concepts of FOMO and JOMO.

  • Identification of stakeholders

  • Development of international journalism pitch
